The Demo Team consists of dedicated students that qualify to be part of a traveling team that demonstrate Taekwondo to the public. The action filled demonstration consists of board breaking, poomses (forms) and simulated combat & self-defense.

 The Demo Team can be found at fund raisers, schools, and other special events.
