| Transfers from other
schools are always welcome. We have had many successful transfers.
Grandmaster Frank does his very best to ensure
a great transition. The question on most transfer students minds is the
status of their existing hard earned rank. Many students get to
retain their rank after being observed in the school environment.
The principles that Grandmaster Frank observes and uses to determine
belt rank include: experience, attitude, knowledge and ability. All
of these things are considered. The most important result from a
transfer is that the new student remains confident and that the
existing students feel that structure is maintained.
Master Frank's Taekwondo Academy is a traditional and Olympic style Taekwondo school and not all the "creative" belts offered at many of the local schools are available. For the belt colors please follow this link. Click here. Although our school has a tradition of competing and wining at many competition tournaments throughout the state and the country. Students however are not obligated to compete. If you would like to have a confidential meeting before making the switch feel free to call the school and make an appointment. |
